    Shipping and Delivery.

    We aim to process and handle orders within one business day of your order being placed and paid.

    Our orders are delivered in partnership with Australia Post. Our shipping methods and delivery estimates are (prices including GST):

    • Free Shipping for orders over $50: 3-8 business days across Australia, 6-10 business days across New Zealand.
    • Standard Shipping $11: 3-8 business days across Australia, 6-10 business days across New Zealand.
    • Express Post $13.20: 1-4 business days across Australia, 2-5 business days across New Zealand.

    Deliveries require signature by default. Please include delivery instructions in the "Order Notes" section in checkout to request authority to leave if desired.

    What payment methods do we offer?

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
    • PayPal
    • Zip Pay

    How do I know if my order has gone through?

    After placing an order you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with your order's details and invoice. You will also receive email confirmation for your order to the email address you entered in checkout or have saved to your account.

     

    If you do not receive email confirmation, feel free to contact us with the details that you used to place your order and we'll help out.

    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    When your order is dispatched you will receive email confirmation from us containing your tracking number. To track your order, please enter that number into Australia Post's tracking page.

     

    Partnered with Australia Post, our orders are typically delivered within 3-8 business days across Australia and 6-10 business days across New Zealand. There may be delays during certain periods such as Christmas.

    Is Espresso ground or Plunger ground a better option for me?

    The Espresso grind option on our products is a fine grind that works best for espresso machines. The Plunger grind option is a coarser grind that works well with most other brewing methods, including plungers, french presses, percolators, AeroPress, cold brew, etc.

     

    The best grind size depends on your brewing method, and many brewing methods can be adjusted to suit a finer or coarser grind.

     

    Both options are ground from our freshly roasted coffee beans and are no different in quality.

    What is the best way to store my coffee?

    An opaque, airtight container is the best place to keep your coffee beans and grounds. Roast coffee loses freshness when exposed to light, heat, moisture, and air, you'll want to store them in a cool and dark place away from sunlight.
