Conventional wisdom says specialty coffee and dark roasts don’t mix. That was our challenge, and this is our answer. The creation of our newest blend meant turning away from old lessons: the beaten path is safe and comforting, but there are some things you can only find in the dark. Close your eyes and listen. The only issue I have experienced and is this the second delivery is one of the bags is cut most likely from a Stanley knife and I sealed with tape immediately to keep coffee fresh.
