Mastro Blend

The old Mastro blend was way better. The new flavour blend of rich cocoa, raspberry, and something called mable syrup is completely the opposite of what the old salted caramel, and toffee flavour notes tasted. Hopefully they change it back soon.

I've tried a lot of coffee over the years, and the Mastro Blend from Adore Coffee Roasters in Silverwater has become my favourite and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Every bag has been consistently fresh, and the flavour is exactly what I enjoy—smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced without any bitterness.

I make coffee at home every day, and it's one of those blends I never get tired of. It produces a great espresso and makes an excellent flat white with a lovely chocolatey finish. You can really tell the beans are roasted with care.

On top of the coffee itself, the team at Adore Coffee is always friendly and helpful, which makes it a pleasure to keep coming back. It's not often you find a coffee that's this consistent. Highly recommended.
