Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from receipt. Orders placed after 3 pm AEST on a business day will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
• Standard shipping: Estimated delivery 3-10 business days.
• Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery 1-3 business days (where available).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping for orders over $60: 3-8 business days across Australia, 6-10 business days across New Zealand.
  • Standard Shipping $11: 3-8 business days across Australia, 6-10 business days across New Zealand.
  • Express Post $16: 1-4 business days across Australia, 2-5 business days across New Zealand.

International Shipping
We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country and may take 7-21 business days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes or customs clearance delays are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Notifications
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. You can follow your parcel via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Items
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if your order arrives damaged or is lost. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changes & Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, standard terms apply.

We may update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website will always be current.

Customisation notes for your coffee business:

  • Processing time could reflect your supply chain (roasting, packing, freshness). For example: “Orders are roasted and packed within 24 hours of dispatch” if you roast to order.

  • If you’re shipping perishable or coffee beans, mention any special handling (vacuum-sealed bags, freshness guarantee, etc).

  • If you use local courier networks in NSW / Australia, specify which carriers.

  • For international shipments of coffee, you might mention any restrictions (some countries restrict food imports).

  • Authority to Leave

  • By selecting Authority to Leave  Delivery option you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received. Selection of Authority to Leave is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.

    The Coffee Galleria Pty Ltd and couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release The Coffee Galleria Pty Ltd from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses if Authority to Leave is selected.

    Should the courier be unable to leave the parcel or deem the location to be an unsafe area to leave the parcel or your instruction text is unclear; the courier may leave an attempted delivery card and return the parcel to their depot.
