We aim to dispatch orders within one business day of your payment being processed. Subscription orders follow the same delivery process as our Free Shipping and Standard Shipping options.
Our orders are delivered in partnership with Australia Post. Our shipping methods and delivery estimates are 3-8 business days across Australia, 6-10 business days across New Zealand.
We made a major change to our store on the 7th of October 2025. If you placed a subscription before this date, you can still access it with the following link: Legacy Store.

Your card or account is first charged when you sign up, and we’ll treat that as your first order to be dispatched. You’ll then be charged weekly, fortnightly, or monthly starting from your sign-up time based on your selected frequency, and we’ll start preparing your order the moment your payment is processed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, there’s no lock-in contract. Please note however, if a new order for your subscription has already started processing cancelling your subscription will not affect that order. In that case you can contact us and we’ll be glad to help out.
You can find your subscription details in your Account page. Currently you can skip your next subscription order or edit your address, payment details, order notes, and other details of your orders.
