The coffee
What coffee works best?
A rich, full-bodied espresso works best for a Tiramisu Iced Latte. The coffee needs enough intensity to balance the milk and creamy mascarpone topping without overpowering the drink.
Look for an espresso with chocolate, caramel or nutty characteristics to complement the classic tiramisu flavours.

For a stronger coffee flavour, add an extra espresso shot or slightly reduce the amount of milk. If you prefer a sweeter drink, a small amount of vanilla syrup can also be added.
For cafés, the mascarpone cream can be prepared ahead of service and refrigerated, making the drink quick and simple to assemble to order.
